Battery pack

Lithium-NMC battery with internal designed cooling system. Dozens of sensors and electromechanical devices ensure maximum performance of the Atomik motorcycles and driver safety.
 
Regenerative braking ensures the optimum use of the battery, generating electricity whenever the brakes are applied to conserve energy and extend the range of Atomik motorcycles.
 
The Atomic motorcycles are also equipped with an Integrated Fast Charge system to ensure that you can spend your time getting where you need to go in comport.

Suspension

Every vehicle’s suspension — the collection of parts that supports it, cushions its load from bumps, and enables it to turn — represents a compromise by the designers. Automakers must consider numerous factors in design any vehicle’s suspension, including:
 
Weight
Cost
Compactness
Desired handling characteristics
Desired ride comfort
Expected load (passengers and cargo) — minimum and maximum
Clearance, both under the center of the vehicle and in the front and rear
Speed and aggressiveness with which the vehicle will be driven
Robustness in accidents
Maintenance frequency and cost
 
These compromises are good enough for many people, but some drivers — and some manufacturers, Atomik included — don’t like to compromise if they don’t have to. That’s where our adjustable suspensions come in. Our suspension allows adjustment, whether by the driver or automatically by the motorcycle itself, to account for certain changes in conditions. In effect, the Atomik motorcycle with an adjustable suspension functions as two or more different slightly suspensions, depending on what’s needed.
 
Ride height, ride stiffness, and other suspension geometry is all adjustable as desired or as optimal.

ABS

The latest generation ABS with rear-wheel lift-up mitigation system is an anti-lock braking system (ABS) which is a safety anti-skid braking system used on Atomik motorcycles. ABS operates by preventing the wheels from locking up during braking, thereby maintaining tractive contact with the road surface.
 
ABS is an automated system that uses the principles of threshold braking and cadence braking, techniques which were once practised by skillful drivers before ABSes were widespread. ABS operates at a much faster rate and more effectively than most drivers could manage.
 
The system does not only prevent wheel lock under braking, but also alters the front-to-rear brake bias. This latter function, is known variously as electronic brakeforce distribution, traction control system, emergency brake assist, or electronic stability control (ESC).

Ride by wire engineering 

The ride-by-wire system ensure the perfect driving experience with different engine mappings and different mappings of regenerative braking.
 
The term ride by wire is analogous to 'drive by wire' which is used in case of four wheelers. In simple terms, it refers to the absence of mechanical linkage between accelerator and throttle. Instead, various sensors and actuators (connected by wires) control the fuel-air supply going to the engine.
 
Earlier, manufacturers used this technology only on large capacity motorcycle engines which were designed for race track use. However, now it finds application in tomic motorcycles to add value in riding quality and efficiency.

The vehicle control unit and dashboard

Battery, inverter, charger and ABS are constantly monitored and managed by the VCU, completely designed and developed by Atomik
 
As a powertrain domain controller, the vehicle control unit (VCU) provides torque coordination, operation strategies, voltage coordination, charging control, on-board diagnostics (OBD), monitoring, thermal management and much more.
 
Other than these drive-related functions, higher-level functions also support interconnected functions like predictive and automated longitudinal guidance, Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) connection and body controller functions.
 
All of this information, and the control functionality for it, is connected to a Color Display that allows unparalleled flexibility, supporting the flow of information and interactivity with the vehicle system.

GPS, Connectivit and alarm system

Atomic motorcycles are equipped with GPS tracking for onboard navigation and for integration with a mobile application that allows the owner to monitor to motorcycles' location and conditions, providing full information at a touch of a button and a swipe of a mobile phone screen. Combined with an alarm system, this ensures unparalleled security of ownership when buying an Atomik motorcycle.
 
Additionally, the vehicle can be equipped with “short-range” and “long range” connectivity services to further enhance integration of commercial fleets or for personal use.
